He's here!
Our sweet Yannick was born at home on July 8th, 2008 at 10:48 pm with the support of our wonderful midwives Diane and Fabienne. He weighed in at 8lbs 10 oz (3900 g) and is 54 cm long. Everyone is doing well and Kai loves his little brother. We are taking it easy right now and are trying to settle into our new routine as a family of four. More pictures and updates will follow soon!

Wat was het heerlijk om 's ochtends wakkergebeld te worden met zulk goed nieuws!
Yannick Aeneas, je oma Monika kan bijna niet wachten om jou te zien en je ouders en broertje persoonlijk te kunnen feliciteren.
Wat ziet hij er lief uit op de foto's.
Ik ben heel blij dat je geboorte voorspoedig is verlopen, lieve Yannick en ik wens jou en je mama en papa en broertje Kai een rustige kraamtijd toe om aan elkaar te wennen.
Ik zie jullie over enkele weken en tot dan heel veel liefs.
